Figures presented here are derived calculations produced by Ergodic Analytics from public source files. They are not official market data, not settlement figures, and should not be treated as equivalent to, or a substitute for, information published by AEMO or any other market body. Where a figure differs from an official published value, the official value governs.

No proprietary or confidential data

Every dashboard on this site is built from data made publicly available by AEMO. No proprietary, internal, commercially sensitive, or confidential information belonging to any organisation is used as data, input, or source material in any analysis published here.

Source data and attribution

Source data is drawn from AEMO's public publications, principally NEMweb and the Market Management System Data Model for electricity, and the Gas Bulletin Board for gas. Underlying source data remains subject to the applicable terms, licences, copyright and other rights of its respective owner or publisher, which prevail over anything stated here in respect of that data. Reliability settings such as the Market Price Cap and Cumulative Price Threshold are as published by the AEMC. Ergodic Analytics claims no ownership of any third-party data and asserts no rights over it.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness

While reasonable care is taken in collecting and processing this data, no warranty is given — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or fitness for any purpose of any figure, chart, table, or modelled result presented. Content may contain errors, delays, omissions, or gaps arising from source outages, revisions to source data, modelling assumptions, or processing faults.

Dashboards are regenerated on an automated schedule and the rebuild timestamp is shown on each page. Some pages are periodic snapshots rather than continuously updated views. A dashboard may be stale, partially updated, or unavailable at any time without notice, and the timestamp on the page — not the presence of the page — indicates how current its content is. Dispatch SCADA data lags real time and is not settlement-quality metering.

Modelled results and forward-looking content

Optimisation results, curtailment scorecards, forgone-revenue figures, and any similar modelled output are constructed under stated assumptions and are generally computed with hindsight or perfect foresight of prices. They represent benchmark ceilings or best-case counterfactuals, not achievable outcomes, and they exclude real-world factors including forecast error, network constraints, bidding and rebidding behaviour, co-optimisation across markets, outages, and contractual obligations.

Where forward-looking information appears, it is derived from third-party published forecasts and stated assumptions about the future. Actual outcomes will differ, potentially materially. Nothing on this site is a prediction, a forecast of any particular asset's performance, or a representation that any past pattern will continue.

Revenue and price figures reflect wholesale energy only unless stated otherwise, and exclude contracts, power purchase agreements, environmental certificates, ancillary services, network charges, and taxes.

Modelled dispatch schedules are analytical benchmarks only. They are not operating instructions and must not be used to control, schedule, bid, or otherwise operate a battery, generator, or any other market-connected asset.

Intellectual property

The dashboards, charts, written analysis, methodology notes, code, and design of this site are the property of Ergodic Analytics, except for third-party source data, which remains with its owner. You may link to, quote briefly from, and cite this site with clear attribution. Systematic scraping, bulk extraction, redistribution, or commercial reuse of the content is not permitted without prior written consent.

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ergodic Analytics and its operator accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic, including lost profits or lost opportunity — arising from or in connection with access to, use of, or reliance on this site or its content, or from its unavailability.
